Tessa Thompson
Tessa Lynn Thompson, an actor and songwriter who hails of Los Angeles was born in 1983. She is the daughter grandaughter of singer Marc Anthony Thompson, as in addition to actor Bobby Ramos. She was born in Los Angeles and raised there before relocating to Brooklyn. She is of Mexican, British Isles and Afro-Panamanian descendance. Thompson has attended Santa Monica High School, which was where she performed in numerous theatre productions. The years that followed her graduation, she enrolled at Santa Monica College where she obtained a degree in cultural Anthropology. The role she played was Juliet in the William Shakespeare play "Romeo and Juliet" in a play that was staged in the Boston Court Theatre in Pasadena, California. Her nomination was for the NAACP Theatre Award in the same year. Off the and on the stage, Tessa made her first television appearance on the CBS television series
